In continuation of our commitment to our patients to provide the most up to date orthodontic products and procedures, our staff attended the Canadian Orthodontic Association Conference in Toronto September 15th and 16th 2017.

It is always a great experience to chat with the representatives of the various Orthodontic companies about new and current products and improvements being developed in today's Orthodontics.  But even more interesting to have the opportunity to attend workshops and lectures to learn and bring back into our practice the most cutting edge techniques and tools from the leaders within this ever evolving orthodontic specialty.

On the 9th and 10th of June 2018 Dr Taylor and the other members of his team, Steve’s Cyclepaths, joined over 5000 other riders to participate in this year’s Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer. After two days and over 200 km Dr. Taylor completed the ride from the CNE in Toronto to Niagara Falls.

Steve’s Cyclepaths once again earned the title of "top team" by raising over       1 Million 70 thousand dollars this year, which brings the total they have raised over the past eleven  rides to just over 8.6 million dollars.  To date the 2018 ride has raised over 18.3 million dollars.  All the funds benefit The Princes Margaret Cancer Foundation and will help towards creating and implementing Personalized Cancer Medicine.

Dr. Taylor is honoured to have been able to participate in this event that not only raises funds towards conquering cancer, but also raises awareness of the need to conquer this disease that strikes 2 in every 5 Canadians.

Congratulations to all the riders, who over the past eleven years, have contributed to raising over 194 million dollars.  These funds support The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation for cancer research, treatment and care programs not only in Ontario but across the country.  If you wish more information regarding the ride please go to www.conquercancer.ca .

We look forward to cheering Dr. Taylor on next year as he once again joins Steve's Cyclepaths for his 12th consecutive year June 2019.
